Our Nursery Agreement

By accepting a place at Railway Day Nursery Epsom, parents and carers agree to follow our nursery terms and conditions. These terms help us provide a safe, supportive and positive environment for every child.

Nursery Places

Nursery places are subject to availability.
A child's place is confirmed once the required registration process is completed.
Parents must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Any changes to your child's details should be communicated to the nursery.
Places are subject to our admissions and registration requirements.

Fees & Payments

Parents will be informed of applicable fees before their child's start date.
Nursery fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Additional charges may apply for services not included within the agreed fees.
Outstanding balances should be settled promptly.
Any changes to fees will be communicated to parents in advance where applicable.

Funding & Eligibility

Government-funded childcare is available to eligible families.
Funding is subject to government eligibility requirements.
Parents are responsible for providing accurate funding information.
Funding hours must be used in accordance with the nursery's available sessions.
Additional charges may apply where services fall outside funded provision.

Attendance & Absence

Inform the nursery if their child will be absent.
Notify the nursery as soon as possible when a child cannot attend.
Follow the nursery's attendance procedures.
Collect their child promptly at the agreed collection time.
Keep the nursery informed about changes to collection arrangements.

Health & Wellbeing

Parents agree to:
Inform the nursery about relevant medical or health information.
Keep children at home when they are unwell and unable to safely attend.
Follow the nursery's illness and medication procedures.
Provide emergency contact information and keep it up to date.
